Cancellation After Work Begins: If the project has already started, a partial refund may be provided based on the progress made at the time of cancellation. The refund will be calculated according to the number of hours worked or milestones achieved. This helps us compensate for any resources allocated to your project up until the cancellation point.
Milestone-Based Payments: For projects with milestone-based payments, cancellations can be processed after any completed milestones, with a refund for work not yet started. If the project has progressed beyond a milestone, we will evaluate the work completed to date and adjust accordingly.
Termination of Agreement: In cases where there is a termination due to a breach of contract or failure to meet agreed terms, the client will still be liable for payments due for work completed up to that point. This ensures that the resources and time invested in the project are compensated.
